Do I need to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. DOCPACE® executes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to formally govern how data is accessed, used, and protected. The BAA ensures your data is used only for the purpose of generating your Patient Flow Report™ and is never shared or repurposed. How long does it take to request a Patient Flow Report™?
The request form takes about one minute to complete. No technical setup, no long questionnaires, and no internal prep work required.
How quickly will we receive the report?
Most Patient Flow Reports™ are delivered within five business days once data access is confirmed and include a complimentary expert review to walk through the findings and recommended next steps.
Is there any cost or obligation to request a report?
No. The Patient Flow Report™ is risk-free, there is no credit card required and no obligation to move forward after reviewing the findings.
Will our data be used for anything beyond this report?
No. Your data is used solely to generate your Patient Flow Report™. It is not sold, shared, or used for any secondary purposes.
Does this require changes to our workflows or athenahealth instances?
No. The report is generated using a four month historical “look-back” on your schedule and appointment data. There is no disruption to your current systems or daily operations.
